Terms & Conditions
Terms governing purchases of enterprise hardware through the Anthem One store, quotes, and invoices.
Orders and acceptance
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Anthem One LLC. An order confirmation, quote, or invoice may identify quantities, pricing, shipping, taxes, and other order-specific terms.
Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are additional. Payment is due according to the terms shown at checkout, on the applicable quote, or on the invoice.
U.S. sales
The online store is currently intended for shipment to U.S. addresses only. Contact Anthem One before placing an order that requires shipment outside the United States.
Availability and partial shipments
Product availability may change. Anthem One may fulfill an order in multiple shipments when inventory is not available for a single complete shipment.
Cancellations
Contact Anthem One promptly if you need to cancel an order. Orders can generally be cancelled before they reach shipped status. Once shipment is in progress, rerouting or carrier-related fees may apply.
Shipping and damage
Orders are fulfilled through Anthem One and its authorized distribution partners. Inspect shipments promptly and report shipping damage to Anthem One as soon as possible so that available carrier or freight claims can be initiated.
Returns
Returns require prior authorization and are subject to the applicable distributor return policy and product condition requirements. Opening or activating a PICO product does not, by itself, automatically make it ineligible for return. Return eligibility periods are measured from the invoice date.
Warranty
PICO headsets sold through Anthem One include a one-year defect warranty. Anthem One coordinates eligible warranty/RMA requests through its authorized distribution partner.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and for confirming that products are suitable for their intended use and environment.
Updates
Anthem One may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
