Shipping and fulfillment information for hardware purchased from Anthem One.
U.S. shipping
The online store is currently configured for U.S. shipping. Contact Anthem One before ordering if the final destination is outside the United States.
Fulfillment
Orders may be shipped directly from Anthem One's authorized distribution partner using blind shipment, so wholesale pricing is not disclosed to the customer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout, on the quote, or on the invoice. For the initial online-store launch, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $50 per order unless otherwise stated.
Partial shipments
When all units are not available at the same time, an order may be fulfilled in partial shipments. Anthem One will coordinate material changes to expected fulfillment with the customer.
Cancellations and rerouting
Orders can generally be cancelled before they reach shipped status. After shipment begins, rerouting or carrier fees may apply.
Damage in transit
Inspect deliveries promptly. Report damage to Anthem One immediately and retain all packaging until the claim process is complete.
